97% of the world’s children were
extinct. Children, for whom there was no
utilitarian value left in society. Most of these
small bodies perished at the hands of each other,
made to slaughter the enemy like toy soldiers in one big
game of vile chess arranged by the elders. The few spared from the

battlefields ended up in “Dullhouses”—large estates where their
minds could be made into mush to better serve their heritors,
their rightful legal owner. Millionaires and billionaires
would buy up kids by the dozen and relocate
them to their lavish mansions, where
they would begin their servitude.
These chosen few were
carefully maintained
and monitored.
